- SKILLS: I provide practical, insight-driven business support for small companies, start-ups, and tourism or hospitality organisations. My approach combines MBA-level analytical training, a solid accounting background, and hands-on operational experience to help clients improve performance, understand their customers, and make smarter strategic decisions. ABOUT ME: My services include market research and competitor analysis (benchmarking, customer behaviour insights, trend evaluation, SWOT, PESTLE and segmentation), as well as business strategy support through feasibility assessments, business model evaluation, low-cost marketing ideas and tailored growth recommendations. Drawing on both my MBA financial modules and my previous accounting experience, I also offer financial and performance analysis such as ratio evaluation, KPI dashboards, cost reviews and scenario modelling to help businesses understand the numbers behind their decisions. In addition, I support operational improvement by mapping workflows, analysing customer journeys, assessing service quality and solving practical bottlenecks.
