SUBMIT YOUR PROJECT
AND hIRE a FREELANCER

Creating a project overview is an essential part of hiring a freelancer.

Keep your project overview brief (150–250 words).

It’s often the first impression freelancers will have of your project, so take the time to make it clear and engaging.

See the guidelines below to help you craft it.

Guidelines and Important Information

Industry Category

Choose a most relevant category which your business requirement sits within - one is preferable but if you fit across in two then use both.

Project Overview

Please provide a brief introduction to your organisation, along with a clear outline of the project. Include as much relevant detail as possible, including the specific skills and experience you are looking for in a freelancer.
Where possible, please also indicate the estimated duration of the work (e.g. hours, days, weeks, or months).

How the work will be carried out

Please indicate whether the work will be delivered on a virtual, physical, or hybrid basis. If selecting physical delivery, you must ensure that an appropriate and safe working environment is provided.

Budget

All freelancers must be paid for their work. We do not accept briefs for unpaid opportunities. Rates should be agreed directly between the client and freelancer, reflecting the level of skill, experience, and scope required. This platform exists to support students and graduates in building and growing their businesses.

Project Deadline

Provide an estimate or exact date for when you would like the work to be complete, and you can go into more detail in the project overview if necessary.

Freelancer/Requirement

If you are interested in working with specific freelancers, please include their first name and ID number. We will contact them directly to confirm their availability and capacity for your project.
If you do not have a specific freelancer in mind, your brief will be shared with relevant freelancers whose skills and experience match your requirements.
